The case seems well built, very sturdy hinges and tough material. However, I had to do some cutting in the foam myself, since my Dean MLF 79' did not fit properly. Also, the padding foam is very, very solid. My other professionally built flightcases have a bit softer padding, which is probably preferable, it might not hurt the guitar as much if it's dropped. Still, I fully recommend this case, it seems virtually unbreakable, and well suited for extensive touring.
